Description

The Cachaça “A” is a genuine pot still Cachaça in terms of flavor, quality and production process.

Unlike all industrial cachaças, it is handmade and distilled in a traditional copper still where the heads and tails of the distillation are eliminated. We only use the distillation heart (the best part of it), which lays for a minimum of 6 months in a inox barrel.

This process helps to oxidate some composts, to diminish the acidity and to highlight the fresh flavor of sugar cane, while granting the best quality possible for the final product.

It is then bottled and ready to be consumed. You can drink in small sips to enjoy its genuine taste and also use it to prepare a real caipirinha made with a traditional pot still Cachaça.

The “A cachaca” is distilled in Inconfidentes, a small town surrounded by the beautiful mountains in the state of Minas Gerais.
